- A Pubic Chat Room allows your website visitors to enter and communicate with each other regardless if you, the admin, are logged in or not. All users can see and chat with one another.
- A Group Customer Support Chat Room only allows people into the chat room when you, the admin, are logged in. All users can see and chat with one another.
- A One-on-one Customer Support Chat Room only allows people into the chat room when you, the admin, are logged in. All users can only see and chat with you, the admin. You can select and direct your chat towards any one you wish.
- Dansie Chat supports the use of Private Messages in the Public Chat Room. You can enable or disable it right from the chat console. The admin can always send private messages even if they are diabled for everyone else.
- You can control the maximum number of guests in your chat room.
- You have the ability to boot guests with poor behavior with a couple of clicks.
- It supports the use of emoticons. Just upload your own emoticons to a directory on your website and Dansie Chat will automatically use them.
- Dansie Chat supports the use of embedded sounds for visitor room entry, exit, message submission and an attetion getting bell. Use the sound files that come with Dansie Chat or customize it with your own.
- All variables settings, language phrases and fonts are easily edited from a separate variables file to ease your customization.
- Provide customer support for multiple web stores you manage by placing a link on all your websites to just one chat script.

Violation of this license agreement may void your right to technical support and subject you to legal action.
