- Technical support is via email and FTP. If you get stuck installing our program, we can FTP in and get it running for you.

- Always send the full URL of the script's location when you write so we can see what you see and best assist you. This is your customer ID and is required for all technical support. Example:
Subject: http://www.YourName.com/cgi-bin/cart.pl
- Technical support response is the same day, usually in less than 8 hours.
- Most likely, we've heard your question or problem before and know exactly what you need.
- We have no message boards to replace human technical support! A human, skilled with the installation and use of Dansie scripts, will read and answer your email, and if necessary, FTP into your website and get it running for you.
